Do you have my product in stock?

We’re sorry this happened. Please email us with photographs of the damaged item along with your order number. After verification, we’ll arrange for collection and send you a replacement as quickly as possible.

 

Do you deliver the Next Day?

If something is missing, please call us right away. Sometimes items are shipped separately, or it could be temporarily out of stock. We’ll investigate immediately and update you.

 

What delivery options do you offer?

We provide multiple delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Delivery

  • Next Day Delivery

  • Next Day Delivery before 10.30 AM

  • Saturday Delivery

You can select your preferred option during checkout. Most deliveries require a signature for safe receipt.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

Once your goods are dispatched, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout so we can keep you updated.

My goods arrived damaged, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear your goods have not been received in the condition you would expect. In the unlikely event of receiving damaged goods please contact us and make us aware. All of our goods are checked and wrapped carefully before they are sent out, however we know accidents do happen and it’s possible something could happen during transit. We may ask you to take photographs, so the best thing to do would be to email us with these and details of your order, including the order number. Once you have sent this across, you are welcome to phone us and we can arrange collecting the item and sending you a replacement as quick as possible.

There is an item missing from my order.

If something is missing, please call us right away. Sometimes items are shipped separately, or it could be temporarily out of stock. We’ll investigate immediately and update you.

 

How do I return an order?

Orders can be returned within 7 days to our company address. Please return the product in its original packaging, securely wrapped. Once received and verified to be in sellable condition, we’ll issue a full refund for the product value.

 

My order hasn‘t arrived, please help?

First, check your order confirmation and expected delivery timeline. Orders placed after 3 PM may take an extra working day. Please keep your phone handy in case the courier needs to contact you. If it still hasn’t arrived, call us and we’ll investigate the delay immediately.
